Investment Requirements
What will is cost to get started?
01 Lease
A building lease will most likely mean a lower up-front investment, however, keep in mind, that in most cases, changes will need to be made to the building and property. Our building requirements are between 3,000 and 5,000 sq ft. on at least an acre of land.
03 Franchise Fee
The franchise fee for a single location Theory Preschool is $30,000. Should you wish to purchase multiple units in a geographic region, we have pricing for 3 and 5 packs.
02 Build
Building the facility is a greater up-front investment, however, it gives you the opportunity to own the real estate (land & building) in a relatively short amount of time, thus increasing your profitability. Land requirements are at least one acre.
04 Time
The amount of time it will take to open a Theory Preschool will typically be about 12 months. However, from the moment the Franchise Agreement is signed, the work begins, demanding 100% of your time.
